Recorded in the rehearsal room with an 16-track studio, October 2002.

Notes on the recording:
"This is again a little bit of a mixed demo. It has some really good songs in "Levitation" and "Molten Lava" (AND "The Iguana", but even though the song was recorded for this demo it was never added to the final product... not sure why as the song is really good and we even recorded it for our 2015 album "Mondo Satan". It's also been a really great live track, so we made a big error leaving that one out), and the rest had some good ideas but never really reached the finish line. I will say something about the songs "Blow" and "Searchin'" and that is they are fucking dirty rock songs! There are parts in them that I think is really good, but they're not 100%. Thinking back today I feel that maybe those two should have been combined into one song instead.

It's weird though, two songs from this demo ended up on our first album and one on our second, still I don't think it's one of our better demos.

The title of the demo, "Snakefarm Rituals", was the planned title for a 10" on Man's Ruin that we were asked to do by the label. It never happened though... we got their e-mail asking us if we wanted to do this, we replied with a big "YES!" and then we never could get an answer to anything we wrote them. We had some questions about how many songs they wanted etc, and nothing... they later folded, of course, but that was around 1-2 years after they wrote us. A weird situation and a situation that made us a little vary of labels and what they asked us to do." (Sjöberg / 2015)
